Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fyntrai aims to provide high-quality services to its users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • AI Services: If the AI Copilot for stock research fails to deliver factual  insights as promised, users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Financial Consultations: Refunds for consultations with SEBI-registered advisers are only available if the service was not delivered as agreed or if there were significant issues with the consultation.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@Fyntrai.com with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Services: Users may cancel their subscription to Fyntrai services at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial use of the service.

  • Consultations: Cancellations of scheduled consultations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction

Modifications to the Policy

Fyntrai reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through a notice on our platform.
